This document governs your relationship with 2026 ph and the use of all services available at 2026ph.bio. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm acceptance of these terms in full.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related 2026 ph policies, promotional communications, and platform notifications:

You are obligated to keep all Account information current and accurate. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. 2026 ph will attempt to contact the registered Player via email and SMS before applying a monthly account maintenance fee to the dormant Account balance. Players with dormant accounts may reactivate them at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
2026 ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 2026 ph does not impose processing fees on deposits, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have: (a) completed full KYC verification; (b) deposited and wagered funds at least once using their own verified payment method; and (c) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to their current balance. Any foreign currency transaction processed via your payment provider will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate set by your provider — 2026 ph bears no responsibility for currency conversion costs.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by 2026 ph are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, in addition to this general Bonus Policy. Where no fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory hold is identified, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within thirty (30) business days. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited on termination for cause.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting 2026 ph live chat support. Voluntary Account closure is not subject to any penalty, and real-money balances will be returned to the verified withdrawal method subject to standard AML processing.
These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the 2026 ph Platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending formal dispute resolution.
